"Shoo Fly", Waterbury, Connecticut, Rohloff M-2, complete strike ties 1869 3c ultramarine to small orange piece, further tied by partial c.d.s., a very fine and attractive example of this ever-popular fancy cancel, of which Rohloff records not more than five examples.
