used alongside 3c Rose (65), both tied by two strikes of hollow five-point star fancy cancel, "New Hamburg N.Y. Jun 8" datestamp alongside, apparently overweight and marked "Insufficiently Paid", "New York 18 Jun 9" debit, blue Calais transit and "16" decimes due handstamp, very fine and unusual combination of stamps and markings
