right stamp in mint horizontal pair (positions 34-35), left stamp with accented third "A" in "Panama", very fine and rare pair, just 100 examples of this stamp have "8" in Type B and only 20 can exist with any accents, 1996 APEX certificate for block of four (Scott $4,000 as normal singles)
