vertical pair with "Canal Zone" overprint in bottom margin, tied by indistinct January 7, 1919 duplexes to locally-addressed Coveleski cover, very fine and unique on cover, this error was taken from the bottom row of the sheet that had the overprint omitted on the top row (38a) and as such only 10 examples exist
