never hinged vertical pair, top stamp the error, bright and fresh, very fine and choice, this error occurred in position 18 of the lower right pane as was the case with the 3c, according to BEP records all examples of this error were destroyed once it was discovered but approximately 15 examples are known to have survived (several theories are presented in Canal Zone Stamps), 1994 PSE certificate (Scott $1,000)
