two binders of stamps and covers on White Ace pages, begins with nice selection of Germany, Italy, and Russia offices in the Holy Land, continues with (in no particular order) local issues of Israel including Safed mint and used on unaddressed cover, Nahariya set on unaddressed cover as well as used and mint singles and sets, Rischon LeZion, 1943 Stamps of the Diaspora set with “Post” overprints, 1948 Parachutists set mint and used, 1948 Jerusalem issues (Types I, II, and III) with inverted overprints, other later issues represented throughout, some military mail including military letter sheets with censored soldiers letter, POW letters with Red Cross markings, French Consulate in Jerusalem cover, strong representation of British Mandate in Palestine, including printing and paper varieties and postage dues, overall fine to very fine, a well-assembled collection, a close inspection by the specialist should prove very worthwhile
