used alongside 1881 3c Blue green (207) on 5c Brown entire, each tied by "Philadelphia Pa. Jan 28 1888" circular datestamp, addressed to Sydney, New South Wales, San Francisco and Sydney backstops, light toning, very fine, scarce cover paying the treaty rate during the UPU period

group of stamps and sets on dealer/auction cards, denominations to the 90c, we note better including 145 mint, 151 unused, 152 used, 160TC4a, 162 NYFM cancel, 208 mint, 209 mint pair, 211 mint, and 217 mint, generally fine to very fine, close inspection recommended
approximately 230 stamps, 1c-10c denominations, with a wide variety of cancellations including Maltese crosses, stars, Boston negatives, propellers, wheels of fortune, shields, "US Mail", and more, a few of the pictorial devices appear dubious, also small group of 2c/10c Columbians with mostly star and cross cancels plus some 2c Small Banknotes, some mixed condition but mostly fine to very fine, an interesting group for the specialist
