On the 8th, Inst. General Oribe entered into arrangements with Gov. Urquiza, surrendering to him all his cannon, military stores, &c. All the Oriental forces are to be incorporated with the army of this Province, and the Argentine Troops are placed at the disposition of Genl. Urquiza."
