red datestamp with matching straight line "Ship" and manuscript "27" rate on October 26, 1842 folded letter from Havana, Cuba to London, endorsed "Str Britannia", black oval "Forwarded By Collomb & Iselin, New York" backstamp, red "Forwarded from Harnden's Package Express & Foreign Letter Office, No. 8 Court St. Boston" oval, London backstamp, very fine
 

red datestamp with matching italic "Ship" and circled "12" handstamps on folded letter from New York City to New Orleans, endorsed "Sav.
