green datestamp with matching "Paid" handstamp and "Paid" and "Ship" backstamps on folded letter to London, endorsed "pr Liverpool Packet of 25th Novbr", manuscript "18¾" inland rate on front and "12½" freight money sail fee on reverse, carried by Dramatic Line's Roscius on the second to last trip of the Dramatic Line, backstamped "Liverpool Ship Letter" and December 25 London arrival, very fine freight money letter with rates separated on the front and back of the cover as was the custom in Richmond
