red circular datestamp on folded address sheet with 1847 10c Black (2) addressed to Philadelphia, stamp with small toned spot at bottom left, otherwise extremely fine and choice, the only recorded 10c on cover from Mineral Point (three bisects are known) which received 800 stamps, 1999 Philatelic Foundation certificate
