blue datestamp with matching "Paid" double octagon on folded letter to London, manuscript "100" quadruple freight money rate (12½c per sheet domestic postage and freight money), red "New-York Sep 19" transit, carried by Black Ball Line's Oxford, backstamped "Liverpool Ship Letter" and charged "6/4" (quadruple 8d ship letter fee and 11d British postage), very fine and scarce
