    AFRICA REGIONAL COLLECTION.  French and British coilonies (incl post-independence issues) country collections of Togo and Ghana plus area collections to early 1970s in five Minkus albums plus Morocco, Tunisia and Libya on loose pages and Egypt/UAR in Minkus album, strongest in 1960s mostly mint and with numerous better sets and S/S along with useful array of independent Fr.
