Volunteers.", red and blue design of crossed flags and tent (TF-5), on cover to New Orleans with "Tudor Hall Va Nov 19 1861" postmark, matching arced "Due 10" handstamp, light toning and large piece black construction paper adhered to reverse, very fine appearance, just six recorded examples
