Porter in Congress" in Washington, DC, matching "Free" frank, interesting contents about the establishment of a garrison at Prairie du Chien and the usefulness of protecting the mouth of the Fox River at Green Bay, file folds and wear along the edges, these faults do not detract from the historical importance of this item
