Apr 9", "7" credit to Prussia, red boxed "Aachen 22 4 Franco" handstamp also ties, arrived Hamburg April 23, very fine and attractive in every regard, a wonderful use of the imperforate 10c Type I, 1988 Philatelic Foundation certificate
