legal-sized cover prepared by Coveleski on December 17, 1913 at Paraiso and franked with 15 stamps, shades including 1c light green, dark green, and blue green (probably a changeling), 2c orange red, scarlet, and carmine lake, 5c light blue, light ultramarine, blue, and dull blue, 8c reddish purple and purple, and 10c violet, additionally 2c overprint reading up (21) and 2c overprint reading down with dark purple overprint (23.2), very fine and extremely eye-catching, this cover provides a perfect study of the shades of the fifth series, ex-Plass
