small box filled with dealer/auction house cards, mostly better individual items, some of the more important include 1872 3c Rose (3) mint bock of four and strip of three, 1873 4c Dull blue (4) mint block of four, 1874 8c Lilac & orange (9) mint block of 21 with two inverted frames, 1874 10c Blue & brown (10) mint block of four, and 1905 1fr-5fr St. Thomas Harbor (37-39) mint with inverted watermarks, plenty of paper and printing varieties identified throughout, generally fine to very fine, an extraordinary accumulation being offered intact, viewing necessary for the specialist in Danish West Indies

on thin glazed card, large balanced margins, bright color, attractive and very fine
includes 1d black A133, Forme 1 May 7, 1840 Wimbledon to Edinburgh (second day of use) with small faults and A68, Forme 3 May 12, 1840 use, plus about 12 2d blue (mix of mint and used), a couple fronts only and most with small faults, generally fine appearance, an attractive group
three postal cards, first "Cross over Orb" perfin on large-sized card which has been reduced, dated November 3, 1870, second "Orb over Cross" perfin on small-sized card dated November 9, 1870 (small faults), last "Orb over Cross" perfin on February 2, 1872 postal card, all very fine appearance, a Post Office circular dated October 10, 1870 stated that "the postage stamps on some postal cards will be obliterated by means of a punch instead of the ordinary obliterating stamp", examples of this experimental perfin are extremely rare with very few examples recorded
group of 104 documents with "Contract Note" revenues, includes QV 6d and 1sh, KEVII 1sh and 2sh, George V 6d, 1sh, and 2sh, and QEII 2sh and 6sh, various uses and frankings, generally very fine and interesting
interesting specialized collection with many better items including £1 Brown-lilac watermarked Maltese Cross and Large Anchor, small postmark collection, booklet panes, shades and other varieties, nice range of officials and foreign post offices, some covers, nice group of International Stamp Exhibition 1d Cinderellas, mixed condition but plenty of material fine to very fine or better, close inspection recommended
