integral rate datestamp on 5c Blue entire, originally from New Bedford, Massachusetts with December 27, 1876 postmark, addressed to Faial in the Azroes, endorsed "Via England" and with London transit, Lisbon backstamps, returned to New Bedford via Boston where this rare ship datestamp was applied, very fine, this is the only reported use of this handstamp in Blake
