approximately 74 covers in a binder, beginning with 1936 postcard posted aboard Irving Johnson's Yankee on its second round-the-world-cruise, double circle "Post Office Bay Galapagos Isl." datestamp, written by future Hollywood star Sterling Hayden, continues with another cover from the same ship's third cruise signed by Johnson, followed by a wonderful selection of WWII APO covers and post-WWII commemorative cancels and covers, generally very fine, an extraordinary collection with covers market at $30-150 retail, worth a close inspection as this could form the backbone of an incredibly interesting exhibit
